Parmesan Garlic Butter Noodles

Parmesan, Garlic Butter Noodles one of my husbands favorite dishes, and what's funny it's so easy to make, freeze and reheat. The best part, in your instant pot it only takes 13 minutes. Garnish with parsley to make this beautiful tasty side dish.

You Will Need

  • 1 Box Spaghetti Noodles

  • 3 Sticks "Real" Butter

  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese Powder

  • 2 1/2 TBSP minced Garlic 

  • Water

  • 2 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

  • 2 pinches Dried Parsley to Garnish

Notes:  Salt and pepper to taste

Parmesan Garlic Butter Noodles Directions

  • Break Spaghetti Noodles in half

  • Add noodles to your instant pot in a spiral motion (as shown)

How to freeze and reheat 

As you can see, I make this in Large batches. You can freeze in small portions. I normally add 1 cup to a quart freezer bag, get the air out, flatten and freeze. To reheat, Place frozen Parmesan, Garlic Butter Spaghetti in Microwave dish, heat for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until heated thoroughly.  Enjoy!~

  • Add enough water to cover noodles

  • Place your lid on, press manual or pressure cook (according to your model) 

  • 3 min high pressure (natural release 10 minutes then instant release. 

  • On the stove top, add Butter, Garlic and Parmesan Cheese. Heat until all is combined and melted. (Remove from heat.)

  • On the stove top, add Butter, Garlic and Parmesan Cheese. Heat until all is combined and melted. (Remove from heat.)

  • Drain noodles and add butter mixture, salt and pepper. At this point you can garnish with a few pinches of  Parsley and more  Parmesan Cheese if you wish~ YUM!
