What does Dr Pepper

do to pork?

The soda helps tenderize the meat making it melt in your mouth. It also locks in some flavor. The pork is slowly simmered with the soda.

If not using garlic onion Drops add 1 TBSP Garlic Powder and 1 TBSP Onion Powder

Add 1 Dr Pepper To your Crock Pot along with seasoned roast. (for keto use diet) and low carb BBQ Sauce)
